Trident Posts $384,471 First-Half Revenue as Loss Per Share Narrows

Trident Digital Tech Holdings Ltd. recorded $384,471 in revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2026, more than 10 times the $36,612 recorded a year earlier, while its net loss widened. Gross profit rose to $356,879 from $17,643. Net loss increased to $12,727,298 from $11,271,548. The GAAP loss per ordinary share narrowed to $2.75 from $4.35. Weighted-average ordinary shares increased to 4,621,383 from 2,588,708; both figures are presented retroactively to reflect a share consolidation.
