Tornado Cash Receives $54.8 Million in Ether From Drift-Linked Wallet

A wallet linked to the Drift exploit sent $54.8 million worth of Ether (ETH) to Tornado Cash, moving funds as recovery efforts continued after April's attack. Five other wallets linked to the exploiter collectively held about 84,164 ETH. That was a combined balance across those addresses, distinct from the amount sent to Tornado Cash. The transfer was valued at $54.8 million, while the remaining holdings were measured in ETH. The distinction separates the movement from the funds that stayed in linked wallets. The $54.8 million figure describes the outgoing transfer; the 84,164 ETH figure describes holdings across five other wallets.
