Torex Gold Resources Adopts Torex Resources Name After Shareholder Vote

Torex Gold Resources Inc. has adopted Torex Resources Inc. as its corporate name after shareholders approved the change. The company’s shares trade on OTCQX as TORXF and on the Toronto Stock Exchange as TXG. The TSX ticker is scheduled to change from TXG to TXR when trading begins Nov. 3.
