Tokenized Equity Market Capitalization Reaches $3.8 Billion After 483% Rise

Tokenized equity market capitalization reached $3.8 billion in the week of Oct. 5, up 483% from the week of Jan. 5, while weekly decentralized-exchange spot trading rose sharply over the same span. Market capitalization increased from $654 million to $3.8 billion, nearly 5.8 times its starting level. Weekly spot trading volume on decentralized exchanges (DEXs) rose from $45.8 million to $2.54 billion, about 55 times higher. Ondo Finance remained the largest issuer by market capitalization at about $1 billion, but its market share dropped from 56% to 26%.
