TikTok USDS Joint Venture Adds Must Eat Restaurant Guide in Three U.S. Regions

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC introduced Must Eat, adding restaurant discovery and some reservation booking to the U.S. app across three metro areas. The guide covers areas around New York City, Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area. Its listings draw on more than 40 million posts, reviews and comments on TikTok. Users can browse two categories, “Everyday Eats” and “Elevated Dining,” and narrow results by cuisine, price, score or location. At select restaurants, users can make reservations through OpenTable. Restaurants cannot pay to appear in Must Eat. The new guide adds dining to TikTok’s other U.S.
