The Vita Coco Company Raises 2026 Outlook After Third-Quarter Sales Climb 33.7%

The Vita Coco Company raised its fiscal 2026 sales and adjusted EBITDA outlook after third-quarter net sales climbed 33.7% year over year, with its July acquisition of Copra contributing to reported growth. Net sales were $243.825 million for the three months ended Sept. 30, compared with $182.313 million in the same quarter a year earlier. The company posted net income of $35.017 million, up from $24.003 million. Diluted earnings per share increased to 58 cents from 40 cents.
