The Smarter Web Company added 20 Bitcoin (BTC), taking its total holdings to 2,850 BTC as the London-listed technology company expands a treasury strategy supported by public-market financing. The company’s MORE perpetual preferred-share IPO conditionally raised £10 million, with expected net proceeds of £8,346,006. The company plans to allocate its expected £8,346,006 in net proceeds as follows: £4 million for Bitcoin purchases, £3,846,006 for working capital and dividend reserves, and £500,000 for its operating business.
