T. Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF gets another free writing prospectus on file with the SEC

The $1.9 trillion asset manager keeps adding marketing materials to the public record for TKNZ, its actively managed multi-token crypto fund A new free writing prospectus has landed on the SEC’s filing system for the T. Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF. It is the latest piece of paperwork behind one of the more unusual crypto products to come out of a legacy asset manager. The fund trades under the ticker TKNZ on NYSE Arca. It is billed as the first actively managed, multi-token spot exchange-traded product approved in the US market.
