Super Micro Computer Gains 11.5% as AI Shares Rise at U.S. Open

Super Micro Computer rose 11.5% at the U.S. market open on Oct. 21 as AI-related stocks advanced, with Dell, Arista Networks, Marvell and Astera Labs also posting gains. The move put Super Micro at the top of the five companies listed in the opening snapshot. At 9:31 a.m. ET (13:31 UTC), Dell was up 8.2%, Arista Networks had gained 3.89%, Marvell rose 3.68% and Astera Labs advanced 3.63%. Super Micro's increase exceeded Dell's by 3.3 percentage points. Major U.S. indexes also opened higher.
