Super League Enterprise shareholders have approved all proposals connected to Metaplanet’s planned investment, clearing a key corporate hurdle for a transaction that would bring 2,100 Bitcoin and $2.5 million in cash to the U.S. media company. The approvals were obtained at Super League’s October 16 annual meeting, and the company announced the result on October 19, according to a Super League filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission . The vote advances, but does not complete, the proposed investment.
