Strive said it made its 93rd cash dividend payment on Oct. 19, distributing $0.0516 for each share of its SATA preferred stock. Strive maintained SATA’s annual dividend rate at 13% for October. On the stock’s $100 stated amount, that rate equals $13 per share annually. October’s declared schedule spans 21 business days and totals $1.0836 per share. At SATA’s $96.89 close on Oct. 16, the $13 annual amount equates to a 13.4% yield based on market price. The October payments were declared Sept. 14; future distributions may change and require board approval.
