Strive Buys 1,223 Bitcoin While Preparing a $630 Million Cash Raise

Strive has added another 1,223 BTC to its corporate treasury, spending approximately $100 million between Oct. 14 and 16 at an average price of $81,734 per bitcoin. The acquisition brings the Nasdaq-listed company’s holdings to 36,818 BTC, worth roughly $3 billion. Meanwhile, Strive is preparing to collect proceeds from a $630 million preferred-stock offering, potentially financing its next round of purchases. Strive isn’t wasting time filling its bitcoin vault. The Nasdaq-listed asset manager has acquired another 1,223 BTC for approximately $100 million, lifting its total holdings to 36,818 BTC as of Oct. 16.
