Stripe Opens USDC Wallet Payouts to 160+ Markets

TLDR Eligible US businesses can send USDC or OUSD to crypto wallets in more than 160 recipient markets. The service is in public preview, and New York companies are excluded for now. Stripe lists the fee at $0.50 plus 0.5% per payout, against a $25 SWIFT wire fee. The two fees match at $4,900, and stablecoins cost less below that amount. USDC works on nine networks, while OUSD works on four. Stripe has opened stablecoin payouts to crypto wallets for eligible US businesses. Recipients can be in more than 160 markets. The service is listed as a public preview.
