Strategy CFO to Step Down as Company Posts Record Operating Income

Strategy said Chief Financial Officer Andrew Kang will step down Nov. 5 as it reported record third-quarter operating income of $20.91 billion, a company record that included a matching gain on digital assets. Kang informed Strategy on Oct. 26 that he planned to resign, effective Nov. 5. He will remain as an adviser through Dec. 31. Chief Executive Officer Phong Le will lead the finance organization during the transition.
