Strata Critical Medical reported third-quarter revenue of $74.1 million, up 50.3% from a year earlier, as clinical acquisitions drove growth while logistics partly offset it. The company’s net loss from continuing operations narrowed to $7.6 million, and it reported a diluted loss of 9 cents per share for the quarter ended Sept. 30. On a pro forma basis, which adds revenue from acquired businesses to earlier periods, revenue grew 8.5%. Strata cautioned that this measure is not a measure of organic growth.
