Crypto analyst Steph Is Crypto said a new all-time high for XRP (XRP) is the likeliest outcome later in 2026 or in 2027, citing signals on two chart timeframes in a Nov. 1 update. Steph’s 12-hour analysis showed XRP making lower lows in price while its relative strength index (RSI), a momentum indicator, formed higher lows starting Oct. 14. He said the divergence may indicate that selling pressure is easing. He compared it with an early-August pattern that preceded a price gain of more than 72%.
