Stellar recorded 14.16 million transactions on Oct. 23, its busiest day of the month. The count alone does not establish what generated the activity. Stellar is a public, open-source blockchain for financial products and services. Its native token, Stellar Lumens (XLM), is used to pay network fees and meet minimum-balance requirements.
