Spok Holdings, Inc. projects a cash balance of $28 million to $32 million at the end of 2026, after a narrowband license sale helped lift its quarter-end total to $30.1 million. The closed license transaction generated more than $7.5 million in cash after costs. Spok also reiterated its full-year guidance. Third-quarter adjusted EBITDA increased nearly 30% year over year to $8.6 million. Cost savings outweighed the effect of lower revenue, while net income rose more than 200% from a year earlier. Spok's software operations booking backlog stood at $52 million, down nearly 15%.
