Spain’s CNMV Lists Five Unauthorized Entities in Nov. 3 Notice

Spain’s National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) listed five warning entries Nov. 3, including Coinvora 9.3, which it said is not authorized to provide crypto-asset services in Spain. The regulator described Coinvora 9.3 as a trade name used across multiple websites. Other entries named Interactive Stocks Markets and BR Rise APP, along with URLs and aliases using VT Markets-style names. The CNMV identified monex-markets.com as a clone and said it was not related to Monex Europe Markets, S.V., S.A.U., a securities firm registered in Spain under No. 321.
