Soluna Holdings and Applied Digital plan to develop the first 50 MW phase of Project Dorothy 3, an AI and high-performance computing site in Briscoe County, Texas, as Soluna expands beyond Bitcoin mining infrastructure. Phase 1 of Project Dorothy 3 is planned near Silverton with 50 MW of critical IT capacity. The site is beside the 150 MW Briscoe Wind Farm, and the project is expected to draw power from the wind farm and the grid, subject to final agreements. Applied Digital is expected to hold a 51% stake and provide development capital.
