SMT Scharf Lowers 2026 Revenue Forecast to €75 Million to €85 Million

SMT Scharf AG lowered its 2026 revenue and earnings outlook after preliminary results showed first-nine-month revenue of €51.5 million and earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) of €0.0 million. The revenue figure was down from €70.9 million a year earlier, while EBIT had been €2.4 million in the same 2025 period. The company now forecasts revenue of €75 million to €85 million for 2026, replacing its previous range of €95 million to €115 million. It expects an EBIT loss of €0.5 million to €1.5 million, versus its prior forecast of €1 million to €2 million in EBIT.
