An SEC filing lists Oct. 27 as the registration effective date for two Franklin Templeton funds that would reinvest stock dividends to add Bitcoin exposure; the date does not establish when trading will start. The funds, identified as FBEQ and FIBT, would target about 95% U.S. equity exposure and 5% Bitcoin (BTC) exposure.
