Samsung Electronics is targeting multi-year supply contracts for 60% to 70% of its mid- to long-term capacity by 2030 and expects tight memory supply through 2028 as it expands sales of server memory and storage products. Samsung plans to use longer agreements to establish a steadier sales base. For 2027, it expects AI infrastructure investment to reach a record level and demand to exceed industry supply. During the fourth quarter, the company plans to increase sales of high-bandwidth memory (HBM), server dynamic random-access memory (DRAM) and solid-state drives (SSDs).
