Ryde signs $278M MOU with Dimension AI to explore AI computing platform

The Singapore mobility firm's non-binding deal sketches a GPU-as-a-Service build, but nothing is locked in yet A ride-hailing and quick commerce company wants a piece of the AI infrastructure boom. Ryde Group Ltd, the Singapore-based platform listed on NYSE American under the ticker RYDE, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Dimension AI Pte. Ltd. to explore building a GPU-as-a-Service platform. The headline number is up to US$278 million. That figure comes with a long list of caveats attached, and those caveats matter as much as the number itself. The two companies signed the MOU on November 5, 2026.
