Rockwell Automation expands FactoryTalk Conductor with Nvidia Nemotron

The industrial automation giant is adding support for Nvidia's open models one day after launching its AI orchestration platform Rockwell Automation launched a new AI platform for factories. Then, one day later, it started expanding it. On October 22, 2026, the company said its FactoryTalk Conductor platform now supports Nvidia Nemotron open models. The platform itself had only debuted on October 21, 2026. The pitch to manufacturers is control. With open models in the mix, companies can run AI workloads on their own premises or in whatever environment they prefer, rather than being locked into one setup.
