Rockwell Adds NVIDIA Nemotron Support to FactoryTalk Conductor

Rockwell Automation announced on Oct. 22 at 8 a.m. ET (12:00 UTC) that FactoryTalk Conductor will support NVIDIA Nemotron open models. The addition gives manufacturers a planned model option for the industrial AI platform, which is expected to become commercially available in the first quarter of 2027. FactoryTalk Conductor is designed to connect AI agents with engineering software and coordinate workflows that involve multiple steps. Users can initiate those workflows with natural-language requests. The platform was introduced Oct. 21, one day before the Nemotron support announcement.
