Robinhood has selected the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) as its proposed Middle East and North Africa (MENA) headquarters and applied for a UAE license to offer trading services, making regulatory approval the next step in its regional expansion. The company submitted an application for a Category 4 license to the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA). The application remains pending.
