Attacks targeting Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport have disrupted commercial aviation and prompted airlines to reassess Saudi Arabia service as security concerns spread across regional airspace. Saudi Arabia’s General Authority of Civil Aviation said attacks on Oct. 8 killed three Saudis, injured others and damaged property, while airport operations resumed. Bahrain’s Foreign Ministry said a separate Oct. 10 attack killed 12 people and injured more than 300 civilians. Sudan’s Foreign Ministry gave the toll as 12 dead and 309 injured.
