Ritual Launches Mainnet With 18% of RITUAL Supply Unlocked

The Ritual Foundation launched the Ritual mainnet and unlocked 1.8 billion RITUAL tokens at launch, equal to 18% of the token’s 10 billion initial supply. A 50 million token community airdrop accounts for 0.5% of the initial supply. Ritual is a decentralized AI computing platform. Its native token, RITUAL, pays fees for gas, model calls, HTTP requests and scheduled executions. The token has no supply cap, with annual issuance of about 5% initially distributed as staking rewards. Transaction base fees are burned under an EIP-1559 mechanism.
