Ripple-Backed Evernorth Brings 473M XRP to Nasdaq Under XRPN

Ripple-backed Evernorth has completed its merger with Armada Acquisition Corp. II, clearing the way for an expected Nasdaq debut on Monday, October 12, under the ticker XRPN. The transaction closed on October 9 , transforming Evernorth into a publicly traded XRP treasury company. Alongside its substantial cryptocurrency holdings, the company secured approximately $300 million in gross cash proceeds before transaction expenses. The listing introduces a corporate investment vehicle whose performance will depend on more than XRP’s market price.
