Riot leases entire Corsicana campus to Anthropic for AI

The deal, valued at approximately $28 billion, covers the entire 910 MW, 332-acre site and marks a significant pivot for Riot from Bitcoin mining to AI data-center infrastructure. While Riot’s filing did not confirm Anthropic as the tenant, the move suggests potential growth and investment opportunities for the AI firm. This lease comes amidst Riot’s ongoing strategic shift, including a separate 20-year lease with Anthropic at another location.
