Revolut’s service disruption update says customer funds remain safe

Revolut said customers’ money and data are safe in a service disruption update on October 20, 2026, as problems affected payments, withdrawals and access to its app. The bank said it had been working on a fix since identifying the issue that morning. Its system-status page listed services as “partially unavailable” , with disruption affecting sign-up, sign-in, card payments, transfers, ATM withdrawals and cryptocurrency services. Customers reported error messages when opening the app or checking their accounts, leaving them unable to access their funds. Some saw a “something went wrong” alert asking them to try again later.
