Republic Services Raises 2026 Revenue Outlook to $17.425 Billion-$17.475 Billion

Republic Services raised its 2026 revenue outlook to $17.425 billion to $17.475 billion, with higher fuel recovery fees accounting for most of the increase. The company also increased its adjusted EBITDA forecast to $5.550 billion to $5.575 billion and its adjusted free cash flow outlook to $2.565 billion to $2.585 billion. Environmental Solutions organic revenue grew 21%, including revenue from large emergency-response jobs. Excluding those jobs, organic revenue increased about 9%. The segment’s adjusted EBITDA margin rose 440 basis points to 25.4%. Management cautioned against drawing too much from a single quarter’s results.
