REGULATION | MiCA-Approved Virtual Asset Service Providers Now Over 375, Non-Compliant ~180

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has added 9 crypto-asset service providers to its Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) register, bringing the total to over 375 unique providers. The latest update includes BingX’s Austrian entity, MEGE zweite GmbH, and YouHodler’s Italian subsidiary. Banco Santander’s Openbank, and lenders VR-Bank Alb-Blau-Donau, and VR Bank im sudlichen Franken was also included with Germany dominating with over half of latest entrants.
