It plans to burn approximately 358,562,442 RECALL tokens on the way out. Token holders, meanwhile, will receive nothing. No compensation, no distributions, no buybacks. For a project barely a year past its token launch, that is a brutal epitaph. The Foundation announced the decision on October 30, 2026. It will liquidate alongside its development subsidiary, Recall Labs.
