Realty Income Q3 Results Due Monday as Analysts Forecast $1.45B in Revenue

Realty Income is scheduled to release its third-quarter results after market close Monday, Nov. 2, with Wall Street analysts forecasting $1.45 billion in revenue and earnings of $0.43 per share. The real estate investment trust raised its full-year adjusted FFO per share guidance to $4.44 to $4.45. Its outlook also calls for same-store rent growth of about 1.1% to 1.3%, while investment-volume guidance increased to $10 billion. Some analysts see data centers and the company’s asset-management business as potential growth areas.
