QQQ’s Technical Indicators Put Its RSI Below the 50 Midpoint

Technical indicators put Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1’s 14-session relative-strength index (RSI) at 44.65 on Wednesday, Oct. 14, below the 50 midpoint, a level often used to mark the indicator’s center in technical analysis. The fund’s reported 50-day exponential moving average (EMA) was $728.71, while its reported 20-day EMA was $740.09. QQQ is built to follow the Nasdaq-100, an index of 100 large domestic and international nonfinancial securities listed on Nasdaq, ranked by market capitalization. The technical readings describe recent price behavior, but they do not establish what caused a move or indicate what QQQ will do next.
