Prospect Capital Sets Nov. 4 Release for Fiscal First-Quarter Results

Prospect Capital Corporation plans to file its Form 10-Q and publish results for the three months ended Sept. 30 after the market closes Wednesday, Nov. 4. The company has not specified a release time. Prospect’s preliminary estimate puts net investment income for the quarter at about $76 million. Management prepared the unaudited estimate, which remains subject to closing and review procedures; actual results may differ materially.
