Popular Sets Jan. 4, 2027, Payment Date for $0.90 Quarterly Dividend

On Oct. 23, Popular Inc. (NASDAQ: BPOP) declared a $0.90-per-share cash dividend for common stockholders, payable Jan. 4, 2027. Shareholders of record at the close of business Nov. 13 will be eligible for the payment. The $0.90 amount matches Popular’s dividend payable Oct. 1, keeping the quarterly rate unchanged.
