Shareholders voted in favor of Perfect Corp.'s proposed transaction with ProjectNY at an extraordinary general meeting. ProjectNY is controlled by Perfect Corp. founder and CEO Alice H. Chang. The approved package included the merger agreement and plan of merger, along with the transactions contemplated by those documents. Those transactions include the merger itself.
