PepsiCo Director Acquires 184,646 Shares as Costco, BlackBerry Executives Sell

PepsiCo (PEP) director Robert C. Pohlad acquired 184,646 shares in a $23.69 million trust exchange as executives at Costco (COST) and BlackBerry (BB) disclosed sales dated Oct. 9-14. Pohlad’s four acquisitions were dated Oct. 14 and priced at $128.28 per share, for a calculated value of $23,686,388.88. The shares came from irrevocable trusts he established. In exchange, his revocable trust paid cash equal to their fair market value. That trust held 433,009 shares after the transactions. Costco Executive Vice President William Richard Wilcox sold 1,100 shares on Oct. 13 at $958.205 each, for a calculated value of $1,054,025.50.
