Peoples Financial Services Declares $0.6250 Fourth-Quarter Dividend

Peoples Financial Services Corp. declared a fourth-quarter cash dividend of $0.6250 per share, keeping its quarterly payout unchanged and scheduling payment for Dec. 15 to shareholders of record Nov. 30. The board made the declaration Oct. 23. The dividend amount matches the company’s third-quarter payout, which was payable Sept. 15 to shareholders of record Aug. 31. Peoples Financial Services is the holding company for Peoples Security Bank and Trust Company. The bank has 40 locations across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.
