PB Financial Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.2% to $0.65 a Share

PB Financial Corporation (PBNC) raised its quarterly dividend by 3.2% to $0.65 per share, increasing the cash distribution to shareholders ahead of the next payment scheduled for Nov. 27. The new amount is up from $0.63 per share. Shareholders of record Nov. 12 qualify for the dividend, and that date is also the ex-dividend date. The payout has a forward yield of 3.56%. PB Financial’s third-quarter results included non-GAAP earnings per share of $2.10 and net interest income of $14.71 million, up 11.2% year over year. The company’s third-quarter results were covered earlier.
