Palo Alto Networks is in talks to buy Clutch Security for about $500 million, a potential deal involving an Israel-based artificial intelligence security startup. The discussions are ongoing and may not lead to an agreement. The potential purchase would follow Palo Alto Networks’ acquisition of CyberArk , which it completed Feb. 11 in a transaction valued at about $25 billion in equity. That deal added capabilities intended to protect the identities of people, machines and AI agents. John Kim reports on the digital-asset business for TokenPost.
