Oppenheimer lowered its rating on Dyne Therapeutics to Perform from Outperform, pointing to the size of a trial for its myotonic dystrophy type 1 candidate as a potential limit on the significance of upcoming data. The candidate, DYN-101, is also known as zeleciment basivarsen or z-basivarsen. Oppenheimer's concern was that the small study could weaken the significance of future results.
