OpenAI, ICBA Offer Eligible Member Banks Path to Daybreak

OpenAI and the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) formed an alliance that gives eligible member banks a way to explore subsidized access to Daybreak for Frontline Defenders. The arrangement also pairs potential access with training and peer-learning opportunities for community banks. Daybreak is designed for defensive cybersecurity work, including finding and validating vulnerabilities, investigating threats, conducting authorized security tests, supporting remediation and prioritizing risks. Banks must meet OpenAI’s program requirements. The alliance does not specify how many institutions will qualify or when they could begin using the program.
