Open Text Corporation expects fiscal second-quarter revenue of $1.26 billion to $1.29 billion, with core growth targeted at 2% to 3%. Management maintained its outlook for fiscal 2027. In fiscal first-quarter 2027, core revenue grew 2.7% year over year in constant currency. Core cloud revenue increased 11.7%, and adjusted EBITDA margin was 35.8%.
