OneSpaWorld Raises Quarterly Dividend 25% to $0.0625 Per Share

OneSpaWorld Holdings Limited raised its quarterly dividend by 25% to $0.0625 per common share, expanding shareholder payouts after a quarter in which revenue, net income and adjusted EBITDA all increased year over year. OneSpaWorld announced the board-approved increase Oct. 28. The dividend is payable Dec. 2 to shareholders of record at the close of business Nov. 18. The previous quarterly dividend was $0.05 per share, payable Sept. 2 to shareholders of record Aug. 19. The increase accompanied OneSpaWorld’s results for the third quarter of fiscal 2026, which ended Sept. 30.
