Omega Healthcare Investors set its next shareholder distribution at $0.68 per common share, with the Nov. 16 payment keeping its quarterly payout at the level established in July. The board declared the cash dividend Oct. 26. Omega scheduled the distribution for Nov. 16; common shareholders recorded at close of business Nov. 5 are eligible. The $0.68 amount matches the dividend approved in July, when the board raised the quarterly payment by $0.01 from the prior quarter. Omega paid that distribution Aug. 14. Omega invests in long-term healthcare real estate, including skilled nursing, assisted living and care home facilities.
