OKXICE revised its public notice on tokenized securities Oct. 26, three days after an earlier version listed 22 issuers that objected to trading tied to their shares under a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission exemption. The notice identifies OKXICE LLC as a 50-50 venture between Intercontinental Exchange Holdings Inc. and OKC USA Holding Inc. It does not state when each issuer received notice or filed an objection. The SEC’s Sept. 17 order gives each issuer 30 calendar days after receiving notice to object to an unaffiliated third party’s tokenized stock trading on the venue.
